Canoe Rental Attendant
Qualifications
Individuals with an appreciation for mountain culture, recreation and preservation while experiencing some of the most the spectacular natural surroundings in the world
Must have a valid Canadian working permit.
Must be able to swim
First aid certification is required
High School graduate or equivalent.
Previous experience in guest service, canoeing and outdoor adventure is an asset.
Responsibilities
Rental of canoes. Instruction of how to use canoes / and canoe safety to guests. Cash handling. Light maintenance.
Personal Qualities
patience, especially when dealing with inexperienced guests
the ability to handle emergency situations effectively
good customer service skills
previous experience with canoeing
commitment to ensuring client safety.
Pay Range
$6.00 – $8.50 per hour
