Qualifications

 There are no standard education or training requirements for food and beverage busers.

On-the-job training is usually provided

Previous food & beverage experience an asset

Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment required

Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills.

 Responsibilities

Provide courteous & efficient customer service to Banff guests.

Support your food and beverage team with table service, prep duties & manage buffet requirements as assigned.

Efficiently complete team duties as assigned

Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your co-workers by following the safety rules

Adhere to sanitation standards as outlined by the Public Health Department

Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitary regulations and be clean and presentable at all times (i.e., report to duty punctually wearing a clean and correct uniform and safety shoes)

Advancement Opportunities? 

When busers have learned food and beverage service skills by working with an experienced food and beverage team, they may advance to food and beverage server positions.

Pay Range

$5.90 - $6.75 + gratuities
