professional recognition you deserve.
Maybe, like many of us, you came to Banff to have fun, make some good coin, and enjoy the outdoors. But somehow you feel stuck and are not getting ahead. Come to see us at BASE and find out how you can have fun and get ahead at the same time. At BASE ‘Camp’ we want you to be successful at work, enjoy the outdoor opportunities Banff has to offer and have fun …responsibly.
Banff is a one-industry town. The Tourism Hospitality business drives our economy. Banff is also a town of turnover – so opportunities for advancement abound. If you have the training and skills, you can get a better job, make more money and get unstuck.
Tourism in Canada offers rewarding and challenging careers. Employment opportunities are as diverse as the industry itself. For individuals with the appropriate skills, knowledge and attitude, hospitality tourism can offer mobility. Mobility for some can mean working in different parts of the globe, within the tourism industry, across various sectors of the Canadian economy or movement through entry level, supervisory, and management positions to executive positions.
